Mittie Orso McDuffie born on September 6, 1922 went to be with the lord on March 27, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her parents Blanche Pringle Orso & Andrew Lamar Orso. Also preceded in death her brothers Robert Lamar Orso, Marvin Orso, and James Kenneth Orso and sisters Lucy Orso Knapp, Mary Orso Humphrey and Lois Orso Nichols. She was also preceded in death by her daughters Janice McDuffie Thompson, Mittie Faye McDuffie Scott, Shirley Ann McDuffie Montgomery and Debra Jean McDuffie Benson. Her sons Steve McDuffie and Willian Waynewright McDuffie.

She has left to cherish Marvin (Nancy) McDuffie, Charlie McDuffie, Tony McDuffie and Sharon (Fred) Hein. Mittie (mama) loved Alabama football, Atlanta Braves baseball and NASCAR, she also loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all, she was a strong woman and the one that kept us all together. She leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and other family members.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to American Legion Post 76 Auxiliary in which she was a member.
