Anita Jean Bowen, age 66, of Jackson Township, passed away February 24, 2008. She was born September 19, 1941 in Canton, daughter to the late Theodore and Melva Aufderheide. She was a graduate of McKinley High School. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary L. Bowen; son, Guy Bowen; brother Eddie Aufderheide and sister, Donna Yakubek. Survivors include her three sons and two daughters-in-law, Brian and Nancy Bowen of Ft. Worth, Texas, Sean and Amy Bowen of North Canton, Brent Bowen of Chicago, IL; four grandchildren, Danielle, Nicole, Kristin, Lillian; two grandsons, Joshua and Cameron and brother and two sisters-in-law, Richard and Trudy Aufderheide and Pat Bowen. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 2:00p.m. in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
