Services for Sylvia “Dianne” Currier Teasdale Campbell, 78, who passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 31, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Sylvia was born June 4, 1938 in Boone, Iowa to Selden L. and Mary (Pratt) Currier.
Survivors include her children, Larry (Elaine) Teasdale, Maryanna (Leslie) Holland, Dianna (Michael) Weatherly, Rita (Brent) Brueland and Raymond (Tammy) Teasdale; brother, Selden “Jim” (Linda) Currier; sister, Florence (Quentin) Klinkefus; sister-in-law, Sue Currier; ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Daryl Campbell; parents, Selden and Mary Currier; brother, Thomas Currier; daughter-in-law, VanBora Teasdale and grandchildren, Marshall and Anna Teasdale.
Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 30 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends. Memorials may be given to the family in Sylvia’s name for a contribution of their choosing to be decided at a later date.
