T. L. BRYANT, a Confederate Veteran, died yesterday morning at his home near Pacolet Mills after a short illness. He was 73 years old. Mr. BRYANT served in the Army of The Confederacy for four years during the War Between the States. He lately live on his farm near Pacolet Mills. He was also in the mercantile business for a while. He was a member of the White Plains Baptist Church. Mr. Bryant is survived by four sons, GROVER, living at the home place, J. W. BRYANT, of Spartanburg, and W. E. BRYANT and T. L. BRYANT, Jr., of Cowpens; two daughters, Miss MAGGIE BRYANT and Miss SALLIE BRYANT living at home. Mr. BRYANT will be buried at noon today in the family burial ground near his home. The funeral will be conducted by Rev. Mr. VAUGHAN. (Transcribed By Record Hunter)
