The funeral of Jake Orrin (Orris) whose death occurred at his late home in Alsey Monday will be held at eleven o'clock Wednesday from the Baptist church. The burial will be in the Winchester cemetery. He is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters. (Jacksonville Dailly Journal March 27, 1918)
