Amy Michelle Perry, 46, of 545 Pine Cliff Rd., Havelock died Monday, February 6, 2017 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Her funeral service is 1:00 PM, Friday, February 10, 2017 at Piney Grove AME Zion Church 1430 Temples Point Road, Havelock. Burial will follow at the Piney Grove Church Cemetery.
Amy was a graduate of Havelock High School and employed as a private duty nurse and Community Support Technician.
She is survived by her daughter, MaKayla Swindell of the home; two brothers, Michael Perry and Allen Perry of Havelock; two sisters, Katina Perry of Havelock and Evelyn Broughton of Goose Creek, SC.
The family is receiving friends at the residence.
