Terry Edward England, 71, of Tiffin, passed away Friday evening, March 24, 2017, at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.

He was born Oct. 23, 1945, in Findlay, to Homer F. and Elma (Wisner) England. He married Deborah D. Derr March 22, 2002.

Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Deborah; two children, Scott (Trina) England of Republic and Stephanie (Blase) Bruno of Tiffin; four stepchildren, Heather (Desiray Fortune) Meyer of Bloomville and Zachary (Katie Cutcher) Meyer, Brooke (Ben Downie) Meyer and Dylan Meyer, all of Tiffin; a brother, Tom (Cheryl) England of Fairhope, Alabama; two sisters, Bette Overmyer of Alabaster, Alabama, and Mary Grover of Tiffin; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Christopher, Owen, Faith, Grace, Miley, Gavin, Kegan, Xander, William, Aiden, Talan, Skylar and Bailey; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Shelley Heil; a brother, Jimmy England; and a granddaughter, Elizabeth.

Terry graduated in 1964 from Tiffin Columbian High School. He served in the United States Navy as a radioman, from 1964 to 1968 during Vietnam, earning the Purple Heart. He retired from American Standard, also worked at Hayes Albion, as an electrician at CBI (Shaw Industries), Findlay, did maintenance at Holiday Inn Express, was an ASAP driver for ICP, Tiffin, and worked at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Terry was a CYO coach and board member, enjoyed golfing, bowling, card club, fishing, trips to the casino and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He enjoyed watching his stepchildren and grandchildren play sports, watching his stepchildren show cattle at the fair and loved spending time with his family.

His funeral Mass will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, with the Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will be at a later date
