I love my Aunt-In-Law; she was a joker and fun to be around. When our first son was born, it didn't look like natural delivery was going to happen. The doctor decided a cesarean was necessary, but before the procedure, she just happened to have a megaphone and gave it to the doctor for a fun photo shoot while my wife was doped up. It was a pretty sweet photo of the doctor using a megaphone to "order" my son out. What a nut.
