Minnie J. Robertson, 87, passed away January 3, 2018 in Bryan.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2018 a Sample Cemetery in Chappell Hill.
Minnie J. Robertson was born January 29, 1930 in Galveston to Leslie and Tyree Morris Robertson. In 1943, Minnie joined St. John A.M.E. Church, served on the Usher Board, and was a member of the choir. She finished Chappell Hill High School in 1948.
Minnie was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Pendergraff, and her parents.
Survivors include her sons Kenneth Robertson of Brenham, and Ira Joe Newsom of Chappell Hill; and her close friend, Glynne Luetge of Hempstead.
