WEAVER, Teresa Smith, 55, passed away peacefully in her home May 20, 2009, after an extended illness. A lifelong resident of the Tampa area, Teresa was predeceased by her father, Ralph R. Smith. She is survived by her mother, Angela Smith Sweeney; two children, Katie Weaver and Greg Weaver (Sarah); grandson, William Weaver; and three brothers, Robert Smith (Linda), Steve Smith (Laraine) and Mark Smith. A 1971 graduate of Brandon High School, Teresa also graduated from Florida Atlantic University. She had a great passion for life and loved to be surrounded by her many friends. A talented cook, she loved nothing more than entertaining her friends and family members." She will be missed by so many people and will live on in our hearts forever." Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Christ the King Church in Tampa. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Teresa' s memory to the Amyloidosis Foundation, 7151 N. Main Street, Suite 2, Clarkston, MI 48346.
