Bobby Ray Huff, 60, of 676 Pine Meadow Lane, Martinsville, VA passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 shortly after being diagnosed with cancer. He was born on April 28, 1956 in Henry County, VA to the late Gertrude Shelton Huff and to Clarence T. Huff of the home.
Mr. Huff was a member of Granbury United Methodist Church. He currently worked at the Roanoke Roadway Material Yard for Norfolk Southern for over twenty-seven years.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his sisters, Linda and husband Barry Hollandsworth of Fort Mill, SC, and Donna and husband Walter Pollard of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by his nieces, Jill and husband Rhett Rowe of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Terry and husband Chris Morris of Colorado Springs, CO; nephews, Joshua Hollandsworth of Fort Mill, SC, and W.T. Pollard and wife Donna of Roanoke, VA; grandniece, Skylar Hollandsworth; grandnephews, Luke Rowe, Vann Rowe, and Jarod Morris.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Norris Funeral Services, Martinsville Chapel with from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and other times at the residence. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Satterfield officiating.
