Richard passed away March 22, 2017 in his home in Colorado Springs. Richard was survived by his wife Peggy Hill of Colorado Springs, brother Art Hill; 2 sisters Betty Crist and Ruth Venable; 3 daughters Lisa Donner of Smithfield, NC, Shelli Hill of Colorado Springs and Sally Atherton of Colorado Springs. Richard also has 4 Grand-sons Robert, Zachary, Alex and Paul, and 4 Grand-daughters Kylie, Kaylin, Kallie and Alyvia.

Richard is preceded in death by Richard W Hill (father) Betty C Hill (Mother) and Dawn M Hill (daughter).
