A funeral service for Martha E. Wagner, 100, of Mount Vernon, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Rev. John Capper officiating. Burial will follow in Homer Cemetery.

She passed away March 13, 2017 at Knox Community Hospital, Mount Vernon.
Daughter of Bert and Della (Wenger) Hawkins.
She was a longtime member of Gay St. United Methodist Church, Mt. Vernon and a member of the Eastern Star. Martha was a seamstress and loved to read.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, her daughter, and seven grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, George W. Wagner; son, James Henry Wagner; brothers, Forest and Howard Hawkins; sisters, Eva Warner-Hoar, Ruth Bruce and Theresa Cochran.
