Debra is survived by her Life Partner: Ricky De Santis, Elk Grove, CA, Son: Bobby Reynolds, Marysville, CA, Daughter: Jaclyn Bravo, Boise, ID, Brothers: Sonny Charles Osburn, Marysville, CA & Terry Carpenter, Live Oak, CA, Sisters: Jennie Osburn, Marysville, CA, Bobbie Ileen Appelt, Marysville, CA, & Karen Carpenter, Live Oak, CA, and Three Grandchildren: Bianca Bravo, Adrian Bravo, & Brandon Reynolds.
Debra was preceded in death by her sister Christy Peterson Martin and her parents Leon and Peggy Carpenter.
Graveside Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 28, 2012 at the Live Oak Cemetery Live Oak, CA with Pastor Al Jolley of the New Beginnings Wesleyan Church, Marysville officiating. Burial will be at Live Oak Cemetery, Live Oak, CA, a reception will follow at the Hampton Inn, 1375 Sunsweet Blvd, Yuba City, CA 95993.
