Three year old Ryan King, beloved son of John David Lawrence King and Amber King of Fort Valley, left this world holding God's hand on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. He was born in Macon, Georgia, on June 4, 2013.

Ryan was a bright, bubbly, beautiful soul who was always smiling. His smile could light up a room and always caused others to laugh and smile with him. Ryan was mostly deaf but could "hear" through vibrations; he loved toys that made noise and would hold them up to his face and "listen" for hours. He enjoyed running and playing outdoors and unlike many children his age; he had a keen sense of danger and always stayed far away from roads. Ryan loved animals of all kinds, but he had a distinct adoration for penguins.

Ryan loved having the opportunity to learn and make new friends at Quail Run Elementary School where he attended classes for a short time. He became very attached to his home nurses who showed such love and devotion to him every day. They held a special place in his heart for which his family is eternally grateful.

In addition to his loving parents, Ryan leaves his memory to be treasured by his siblings, Ariel King, Serenity King, and Arabella King, all of Macon; his grandparents, Kelli and Chris Branscom of Centerville; Ken and Terri Jean Vaughan of Kentucky; Monica Senn of Macon; and Kenneth Senn of Dothan, Alabama; his great-grandparents, Jackie and David Glover of Bluffton, South Carolina; Nancy and Chet Branscom of Warner Robins; John Lamar Howard of Macon; and Marilyn Howard of Macon; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who all loved and will miss him so much.

The family will visit with friends on Monday, March 27, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. On Tuesday, March 28, a second visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A service to celebrate Ryan's life will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel at McCullough. Following the service, Ryan will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Ryan King to Ronald McDonald House, 1160 Forsyth Street, Macon, GA 31201 or to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Sibley Heart Center, 1405 Clifton Rd, Atlanta, GA 30322.
