Jesse A. Neal, 79, died Sunday in Waters of New Castle after a short illness.
Mr. Neal was born in Tennessee. He lived in New Castle for 50 years and was a self employed contractor. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 91, Grand Avenue Baptist Church and Scottish Rite, Valley of Indianapolis.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Christine; a daughter, Betty Dugger; six sons, Charles, Henry, Doug, Ed, Bob and Rick; a twin sister, Ella Marcum; and a brother, Talmadge Neal.
He was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters.
