He passed away surrounded by family and friends at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee.
A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Tim served for six and a half years, spending four of those years on the USS Berkeley (DDG-15) working in Advanced Electronics. This training led him to take an interest in the newly emerging field of Information Security. He served as the first Information Security Officer for Bridgestone Americas Holding. He excelled in his chosen field for over twenty years and was employed with Dun and Bradstreet at the time of his death.
Tim's priorities in life, however, centered around his faith. He was a member of the Cason Lane Church of Christ in Murfreesboro, TN.
There will be a visitation with the family of Tim Nolan on Saturday, March 18, from 11:00 AM until time for the service at Neal Funeral Home in Lawrenceburg, TN. The family would be honored if guests wore something blue in Tim's memory. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial with full military honors will be in Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN following the service.
