Nellie was born at Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba. She married Joseph J. Fedyk of Ardill, SK. in 1940. Nellie moved to Moose Jaw in 1978 and worked with homecare in hospice and respite for 10 years. She volunteered her time dedicating numerous hours at Providence Place in a variety of different areas.
Predeceased by her parents, Margaret and Fred; husband, Joseph (1972); sister, Marie; four brothers: Stanley, Michael, Joseph and Peter; daughter, Sherry; son, Bob; great grandchildren: Ryan Sutor and Mitchell Demosten. Nellie will be lovingly remembered by her sister Ann; son, Ken (Carol); daughters, Diane (Dennis) and Shelley; 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral Mass celebrated on Monday, Sept. 24, 2007 in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church (1064 3rd Ave NW).
