Ellen Perry Powell, 67, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, died on March 16, 2017 in Parker, Colorado. She was a longtime member of The Church at Woodmoor.
She was born on September 16, 1949 in Minneapolis, Minnesota the daughter of Col Robert Perry, (USAF) and Priscilla Mae (Bishop) Perry. Ellen was the widow of Capt David Powell, USAFA class of 1971.
She is survived by her children, Jennifer (42), Matthew (39), and Jessica (32); and her four grandchildren, Samuel, Ella, Nicholas, and Abigail.
Visitation, 8:30AM-9:30AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 9:30AM, Thursday, March 23, 2017 at The Church at Woodmoor, 18125 Furrow Road, Monument, Colorado 80132.
Interment will immediately follow the services at the United States Air Force Academy Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ellen's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
