Jake Wommer officiating. Visitation will begin on Thursday, March 23, 2017, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Spring Ridge Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill, LA.
Charles G. Durr was born on Monday, March 28, 1938 in Vernon, TX. He passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at his residence in Pleasant Hill, LA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia A. Durr; parents, Ruben Bueford Durr and Cleo (Adams) Durr; brothers: Raymond Bueford Durr and Donald Jerry Durr and sister, Rita Diane Durr.
He is survived by his son, David Charles Durr and wife Tommie of Natchitoches, LA; daughter, Debra Durr Modica of Flower Mound, TX; son, Terry Duane Durr and fiance’ Melissa Hardee of Many, LA; step-daughter, Catherine Fuss of Virginia; step-daughter, Cherie Wieman of Virginia; step-son, Joseph Pulzone, II and wife Camille of Shreveport, LA; step-son, George Pulzone and wife Carrie of Pleasant Hill, LA; sisters: Ruby Ann (Durr) Curtis and husband Douglas Ray of Richmond, MO and Linda Kay (Durr) Martone and husband Richard of Many, LA; brother, Billy Gene Durr and wife Kathy of Denison,TX; eleven grandchildren; 14 step-grandchildren; four great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
