Clarence Watson, 81, of Westminster passed away on March 18, 2017 at Carroll Hospital Center. He was born on January 23, 1936 in Maryland and was the son of the late David and Ida Catherine Horning Watson. He was the brother of Edna Warrenfeltz of Westminster; and was predeceased by 16 siblings. He was a former longtime employee at The Arc's employment program. He loved to fish and watch western and cowboy movies.

Interment will be held in Meadow Branch Cemetery.
