Whether driving his tractors, gardening with his wife, target shooting guns with his daughter or deer hunting with his son, John enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family. Although a private man, given the opportunity to chat with him, you'd learn a lot about his childhood on the farm and his time spent in the Navy, his travels and experiences while enlisted and his fond memories of owning an Indian motorcycle to get around while on leave.
John will be remembered as a kind, loving husband and supportive father as well as for his appreciation for the outdoors and vintage vehicles including his Studebaker & Hudson. His tendency to over-prepare for unforeseen emergencies and quirky quotes will live on forever in the memories of family and friends.
John is survived by his wife: Esther (Graczyk) Angle, his daughter: Joni Angle, of Jefferson; his son: Richard (Lanna) Angle, of Oconomowoc; Grandchildren: Saraya Angle, of Sullivan, Makayla Angle, of Waukesha, Monica (Mark) Rutkowski, of Oak Creek, Bill (Heidi) Bywater, of Greenfield; Great-Grandchildren: Madelyn, Melana, Megan, Andy, and Emma. His sisters, Evelyn Timm and Eleanor Layton both of Berlin, WI. John is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, and two special friends: Gary Bobcock of FL and Howard Bywater of Oak Creek, WI.
