Surviving are his wife, Patty Woods Alger Stephens of Titusville; children, Michael Charles (Susan) Stephens of Melbourne, FL, Robert Mark (Jean) Stephens of Dillsburg, PA, Tracy Scott (Amarilis) Stephens of Orlando, FL; step-children, Randall Alger of Tampa, FL and Terri (Scott) Auckland of Eustis, FL; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors of Eustis, FL are in charge arrangements. Graveside services will be held with Father Ed Pawlak officiating.
