Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at White House United Methodist Church in Orangeburg with burial in the church cemetery with Rev. Robert Cely
officiating, directed by Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
Pallbearers will be Flynn Dickson, Rhett Glisson, Lee Glisson, Josh Byrd, Joel Byrd, Daniel Lebednik and Corey Carson.
Honorary Pallbearers will be White House United Methodist Church Women’s Society.
She was born January 13, 1941 in Orangeburg, SC; the daughter of the late Herman Gramling and the late Clio Livingston Gramling.. She was a member of White House United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Hugh Gramling and a sister, Lois Turbeville
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Byrd of the home; her children; James Byrd (Susan), Tammy Byrd, Michael Byrd (Rebecca), Gary Byrd all of Orangeburg, John Byrd of Santee; 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and 1 sister, Opal Jones (Leon) of Orangeburg.
Friends mall call at her residence and at the funeral home.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Thompson Funeral home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
