Lois Irene Rhodes passed away in Colville, WA on March 13, 2017. She was born on September 14, 1933 in Barstow, WA to Jessie Norman and Stella Rosa (Babb) Sailor.
She married Joe Rhodes when she was just 16 and spent the next 51 years raising a family, camping, fishing and enjoying life together.
To meet her was to be not only her friend, but a loved one. She instilled strong family values, morals and loyalty in the kids. She raised them with wisdom. Lois quickly learned to heed the little dog's warnings. Lois will be deeply missed but memories of all her charms, smile, laugh and the time she so generously gave to others, will bring comfort.
Services for Lois will be held Monday, March 20, 2017 at the Chewelah Memorial Park Cemetery located on HWY 395 at 11 AM.
