GEORGE NOLAND
WILSON -- George Noland, 71, prominent Wilson businessman, died at his home Thursday afternoon following an illness of two months.
He was born Oct. 5, 1885, at Oak Hill, and operated a cleaning and pressing shop here from 1930 to 1953.
Survivors include the widow, Mabel, and one son, Kenneth, Wilson.
The funeral will be at 2 pm Saturday at the Wilson Presbyterian Church, the Rev. D. C. Wallace officiating.
Burial will be in the Wilson cemetery.
Friends may call at the Stiles Mortuary.
