Phoebe Reynolds was born June 20, 1846, in Wales, and came to this country soon after her marriage to James Hurst, April 29, 1881. She resided for several years in Moline after the death of her husband. She was a member of the Episcopal church, which she faithfully attended until unable to do so because of failing health.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Fannie Jones, in England, and her duaghter, Mrs. W. P. Barth of Rock Island.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Jackson residence. Interment will be in Chippiannock cemetery. It is requested that no flowers be sent.
