Mr. Lee, a native of Marion, Ill., had retired from the Navy after 28 years. He also had retired from the Norfolk Naval Base as a policeman. He was the widower of Phyllis Ingram Lee. He was a member of Bayside Optimist Club.
Survivors include two sons, Michael K. Lee of Virginia Beach and Brad W. Lee of Marion, Ill.
The graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Colonial Grove Memorial Park by the Rev. Ron Lee. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel.
Memorial donations may be made to Bayside Optimist Club.
