Sandra Kay Hammond (Sandy), age 67, of Hurst, TX passed away at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Bedford On March 13, 2017.
Sandy was born on March 22, 1949 in Winchester, VA to Albert and Minnie Fadeley. Sandy was the kid sister of Albert (Butch) Fadeley and big sister to Elizabeth (Liz) Westmoreland and Robert (Bobby) Fadeley. She is preceded in death by Robert.
She married the love of her life Charlie Hammond in 1968 and settled in North Texas where they raised their two daughters, Tammy and Kristy.
Sandy was the beloved wife of the late Charles K. Hammond, devoted mother of Tammy Hayden and her husband John and Kristy Myrick and her husband Steven and loving “Grandma” to her grandchildren, Zachary Hayden and his husband Thomas Kinzeler, Thomas Hayden, Kristopher Hayden, Kassandra Hall, Kameron Hall, Grayson Myrick, Dana Gidner and Erik Janush.
