Funeral services for Johnny Mack Brown age 78 of Bonham will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday March 21, 2017 at Cooper-Sorrells Chapel in Bonham, with Bro. Ronnie Ball officiating. Interment will follow at Willow Wild Cemetery in Bonham. Mr. Brown passed away Friday March 17 at Medical City of Plano.

Johnny Mack was born March 10, 1939 in Bailey, TX. the son of Hoyte and Lucille (Masters) Brown. He married Martha Dean Bond on August 31, 1963 in Bonham, she preceded him in death on October 20, 2009. Johnny Mack retired from General Cable as a jacketing operator.

Survivors include his son Kevin Brown and wife Heather of Bonham, grandson Heath Brown, step grandson Lucas Williams, niece Sharee Owens and daughter Jillian of Bonham. His sisters Katherine Butler of Red Oak, TX., Evelyn Tarter and husband Jess of Denison, TX., brothers Forrest Brown and wife Betty of Leonard, TX., Tommy Brown and wife Gail of Ladonia, TX., and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and sister Betty Jo Morris, brothers in law Morris Berry and Bill Butler.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Brown, Johnny Ray Brown, Heath Brown, Greg Sadler, John Caldwell, and Dusty Spencer. Named as honorary pallbearers are Heath Mack Brown, Lucas Williams, and Jillian Munger.

Visitation for family and friends will be Monday March 20 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Cooper-Sorrells in Bonham
