The service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Home Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion.
Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Blue was born in York on April 14, 1955.
She was the daughter of Royce E. and Louise A. (Strausbaugh) Patterson.
She was employed by York Job Center. She was a 1973 graduate of Red Lion Area High School.
Mrs. Blue is survived by a daughter, of Red Lion; a sister, of Red Lion; and a brother, of Red Lion.
