George W. Bean, 85, died on March 15, 2017. Born in Akron, Ohio on June 16, 1931, he lived in the area all of his life. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving for ten years and retired from the Lawson Milk Company after 25 years of employment. He was preceded in death by his parents, Morton and Emma Bean. He is survived by his former wife, two sons, and ten grandchildren. Funeral: 12:00 p.m. March 18, 2017 at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, Uniontown, Ohio.
