Mr. Neely has lived in Richland for over 50 years, moving from Harrisville. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Richland. Jack loved his family and loved people. He enjoyed talking and visiting with everyone. An avid hunter and fisherman, he loved to work with his hands and was a “Jack of all trades”.
Mr. Neely is preceded in death by his parents, Otto Von Neely and Jewel Fay Pevey Neely and his brothers, Jr. and A.Q. Neely. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marth Jean Neely; sons, Keith (Vickie) Neely of Florence and Jeff (Gena) Neely of Florence; daughters, Jackie Usry of Flowood and Regina (Ken) Morris of Brandon; 10 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren with 2 on the way!
