Kathy Darlene Cook, age 57, of Greeneville, passed away Thursday at her home.

She was a daughter of the late Clifford and Ruby Myers.

Survivors include two children: Joanie Cook and her fiancé: Jeroco Johnson, and Joshua Cook; a special grandson, who was raised as a son: Ryan Julian and his wife, Bethany; grandchildren: Kaylee and Brodee Cook, Bentley Reaves, Michael McGhee and his wife, Maria, Brandon and Peanut McGhee; great-grandchildren: Baby Julian and Gracelyn McGhee; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Patsy and Junior Smith and Tammy and Jerome Riddle; nieces and nephews: Teresa and Tim Bolton, Frankie and Elly Smith, Nickie and Chris Landers, Tracey and Clay Arwood; great-nieces and great-nephews: Corey and Colton Smith, Meagn Neas, Mersades, Olvia, Ashton, Miles, Kensley, and Frannie Smith, Hannah, Alex, Gabe, Kaitlyne, Brandon, and Timothy Bolton, Haylee Garber, Sky and Brooke Arwood; great-great-nephews: Ryan and Casen Neas, Brayden Smith; special friends: Rhonda Paxton, who was like a sister, Mikki Holdaman, Rev. Paul and Tina Rice, and Pastor Vickie Moylers.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday at New Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Pastors Paul Rice and Vickie Moylers officiating. Interment will follow in New Bethel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. Saturday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Corey Smith, Colton Smith, Ryan Julian, Michael McGhee, Brandon McGhee, Peanut McGhee, and William Hurd. Dr. Michael Hartsell and his staff will be honorary pallbearers.
