March 6, 1945 - March 14, 2017 Marilyn Davis Stevens, age 72, a resident of Silverhill, AL. passed away Tuesday March 14th, 2017.

Mrs. Stevens is survived by her husband of 53 years Leslie W. Stevens; a daughter, Paige S. Stockton of Valdosta, GA married to Wendell M Stockton: a son Wade F. Stevens of Orange Beach married to Paula H. Stevens, AL; four grandchildren, Stacy, Haley, Davis and Sage.

Marilyn was the daughter of Harold F. Davis and Marion E. Davis, long time residents of Mobile AL. Harold was Chief Deputy of the Mobile Sheriffs Department serving over 25 years in total. Mrs. Stevens was a former Queen of the Mystic Stripers and also enjoyed huge success in local and regional rodeo circuits as an All Around Grand Champion. Marilyn attended what is now McGill Toolen High School graduating in 1963.

A private service was held Friday, March 17th. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so by donating to The Haven Animal Shelter in Fairhope, AL. in honor of Marilyn. Cremation arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Hwy 59 Robertsdale, AL. www.mackfuneral.com
