He was owner/operator of Spears and Fish Plumbing; a member of the Moundsville Baptist Church; a U.S. Army veteran of WW II; member of the American Legion Post 3, VFW 437, Moose 1087, Elks 282, and Eagles 799.
His memory is cherished by his sisters-in-law, Hilda and Ruth (with whom he lived); several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys M. (Roberts) Fish; sister, Blanche (Fish) Chambers; half-brothers, Homer and Herman Harlan; half-sister, Helen Vuiller.
