Ms. Haynes, born in Charles Town, WV; was the daughter of Charles Franklin Haynes and Tammy LaRue Fraley of Martinsburg.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Blanch LaRue; and paternal step-grandfather, Pastor Joe Fraley.
She was employed with Walmart, Martinsburg as a stocker/picker. She attended Solid Rock Fellowship Church, Inwood. She was a graduate of James Madison University High School program, plus two years of College; and attended West Virginia Junior College School of Nursing.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her stepfather, Joseph Jason Fraley,of Martinsburg; daughter, Hannah M. Harris of Martinsburg; maternal grandfather, Merle LaRue; paternal step-grandmother, Patricia Fraley; brother, Christopher LaRue and wife Tracey of PA; three nieces, Lea LaRue, Ariya LaRue and Gabriel LaRue and one nephew, Ethan Little.
The family received friends 6-8 PM, Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at the funeral home in Charles Town.
The funeral services were held at 11 AM, Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town with Pastor Frank James officiating.
Burial was made in Murrill Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, Harpers Ferry, WV.
