"Sherry Davis Parker, 69, passed away on March 16, 2017 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She worked for Human Resources at Mississippi State University and was a member of First Baptist Church in Starkville. One of her greatest loves was her card ministry in which she shared words of encouragement with those she loved. She also had love for all her dogs and horses.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Bob and Ruth Davis and sister, Betty Collum.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Leroy Parker; daughter, Leigh Bullock; son, Eric Parker (Cyndi); and three grandchildren, Parker Bullock, Fallon Parker and Arden Parker.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11:00 in the main sanctuary of the First Baptist Church in Starkville. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at 11:00. Graveside service will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Mantee, MS.

Memorials may be made to the Oktibbeha Humane Society, P.O. Box 297, Starkville, MS 39760."
