ROWLAND, SHIRLEY ANN 73 - born in Cape May, resident of Stone Harbor and Marco Island, FL passed peacefully March 9, 2012. She is survived by loving husband, James J. Rowland; children, Todd Kabalan, Mary Kabalan Sorg, Jimmy Rowland, Jr. and Maureen Fischer; along with seven grandchildren and two (almost three) great-grand-children. She is also survived by sister, Gladys Smeltzer; brother, James Mathias; and predeceased by her son, Danny Kabalan. A special memorial service will be held on the beach in Stone Harbor, NJ in September to honor this special lady; check later with family for details.
