The Picture Of Ralph On The Snowmobile Was Taken Less Than 1 Hour Before His Heartbreaking Accident.
He Leaves Behind His Wife Rose, Two Sons: Ralph Jr (Married To Shannon) And Howard.
Two Brothers: Bradley And Brian.
