In 1889 Georgiana married, Charles Vanderbilt, a widower with 4 children. She raised them in a loving home as her own.
They lived a wonderful life in Tarrytown. Charles was the owner of the Vanderbilt Funeral home. She was a very active member of the Second Reform Church of Tarrytown, were they have a stained glass window in the church given in their memory by their children.
