COLGATE - Margaret Kelly, 55, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Kelly was an avid historical romance reader and she loved Kentucky Basketball, camping, and especially her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Francis "Frank" & Doris Lannan Branch; sister, Beverly; brothers, Tommy and John. She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Kenneth A. Colgate; sons, Darrell "Scott" Mulrooney and Kenneth "Josh" Colgate (Makayla); daughters, Brandie Colgate (Clifton), Kayla Allard (Darrel); brothers, Francis "Mark" Branch and Timothy "Tim" Branch; sisters, Cindy, Pamela, Laurie, Dorothy, Tracy, and Jennifer. Her Celebration of Life will be 11 a.m. Monday, March 20, 2017 at J.B. Ratterman & Sons, 2114 W. Market St. with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 2p.m. to 8p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Brother Joe Noe's Neighborhood Chapel Baptist Church, 218 N. 22nd St. Louisville, KY 40212.
