Lawrence “Larry” Craig Morris, 81, of Chesterfield, NJ passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Atrium Post-Acute Care of Hamilton, NJ.

Born in Trenton, he was a resident of Chesterfield, NJ. Larry served in the U.S. Army and retired in 1994 from the U.S. Department of Defense at Ft. Dix, NJ as supervisor of the typewriter shop.

Son of the late Elmer and Margaret Darling Morris and brother of the late Craig Morris and Gail Cox, he is survived by his wife Joyce L. Morris, his sister Sally Brocklebank, his step-sisters Robin Luming and Darlene Arveto, his step-brother Thomas Morris and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral service will be Monday at 11 AM at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ (www.KingstonandKemp.com). Interment will follow at Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Wrightstown, NJ.

Relatives and friends may call on Monday from 9:30 to 11 AM at the funeral home. Due to cemetery restrictions prohibiting flowers, Larry’s family requests that donations be made in his honor to VNA Health Group and Hospice, 23 Main St., Suite D1, Holmdel, NJ 07733.
