She was born February 2, 1943, in Waco to Henry and Geraldine Cranfill. She married Thomas Corley in 1964 at James Connally Air Force Base in Waco.
Carol was a very social woman, involved in many activities and groups over the years. She attended First Baptist Church Woodway, volunteering as a greeter and member of the women's Bible study group. She was an avid gardener and recently received her master gardener certification. She loved Baylor University sports, and was a member of the Lady Bear's Tipoff Club.
She is preceded in in death by her husband, Thomas L. Corley; her parents, Henry L. Cranfill, Jr. and Geraldine Cranfill; and her younger brother, Charles Dale.
She is survived by her brother, John; her son, Chris and his wife, Julie; as well as her grandchildren, Jacob, Chrystal and her husband, Nico, and Danielle; and her great grandchildren, Isaac and Elijah.
