Casey Ryan Wison, 14, was killed in an all-terrain vehicle accident involing three other teens Sunday on the old U.S. 68 near Fairview. Kentucky State police said the accident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. in Todd County. Wilson was driving an ATV west on Jefferson Davis Highway and had a passenger, Dylan Wilson, 12, of Elkton. Police said Casey Wilson drove into the rear of a second ATV, which was driven by Joe Timothy Wilson Jr., 15, of Hopkinsville. There was on passenger on Joe Wilson's ATV, Kyle Patrick Gibbs, 14, of Hopkinsville. All four were thrown off the ATV's. Police said Casey Wilson was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center, where he died. Dylan Wilson was taken by helicopter ambulance to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tenn. Joe Wilson also went to Vanderbilt in a helicopter ambulance. Kyle Gibbs was taken to Jennie Stuart in a private vehicle. Gibbs was released from the hospital on Sunday. Conditions reports on Joe Wilson and Dylan Wilson were not available from Vanderbilt. Casey Wilson was driving a 2003 Suzuki ATV, Joe Wilson was driving a Yamaha Moto-Four ATV. None of the teens were wearing helmets. Kentucky State Police Trooper Steve Silfies is the investigating officer of the accident.

Elkton Ky---- Services for Casey Ryan Wilson, 14, Fairview, will be at 1p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at Latham Funeral Home with his uncle Tim Baxter officiating.
Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Hopkinsville.
He died Sunday night, March 19, at Jennis Stuart Medical Center of injuries suffered a short time earlier in a four-wheeler accident in the Fairview community.

A native of Madisonville, he was born July 24, 1991, the loving son of Skip and Michelle Baxter Wilson.
He was a nineth grade student at Todd County Central High School.

In addition to his parents, survivors include, two loving sisters, Lynn Wilson, Hopkinsville; and Brooke Cain, Elkton; his paternal grandparents Georgianna Wilson, Hopkinsville, maternal grandparent, Tommy and Aline Baxter, Fairview; and a maternal great-grandmother, Catherine Bivins, Elkton.


Casey will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was a wonderful kid. God Bless his heart, and God Bless his family and friends.
