Shirley N. Glover of Bluefield, VA, went home to be with her Lord, Saturday, March 11, 2017. She was born on February 26 and was the daughter of the late Robert Smith Nunnally and Luther R. Nunnally. She lived life to the fullest and served the Lord with all her heart. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She retired from J&R Manufacturing in 2002 after 16 years of service and worked part time for J&R until 2016. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bluefield, VA, member of the Christian Women’s Club and a member of the Quota International of South Bluefield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: William I Nunnally; her son: James Kevin Glover; very special aunt: Jessie R Poole. She will be lovingly and affectionately remembered by her daughter: Natalie W Perdue and husband, Barry of Bluefield, VA, Daphne G Constantino and husband, Louie of Princeton, WV; sister: Jane N Poh of Midlothian, VA; grandchildren: Jason Cochran and wife, Sandy of Flat Top, WV, Sam Constantino of Princeton, WV Jesse Glover of Lexington, VA, Stephen Glover of Burkeville, VA, Ann Gray Perdue of Bluefield, VA; great-grandchildren: Alexus Constantino, Hunter Cochran, Khloe Constantino, Nathaniel Glover, Madison Glover, McKale Glover, Garrett Glover, Brenden J Glover, Erin S Rush; great great-grandchildren: Bentley Constantino, Eli Constantino, Gabriel Constantino; nephew: William (Billy) Poh and wife, Tiffany and family of Midlothian, VA; niece: Ann Kelly and husband, Mike and family of Glen Allen, VA; special cousin: Ann Fathbruckner of Crewe, VA.
A service to celebrate Shirley’s life will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the First United Methodist Church in Bluefield, VA with Dr. Brad Scott and Dr. Don Scott officiating. Entombment will follow at Grandview Memory Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be Roy Riley, David Sarver, Bob Roland, Steve Slate, Todd Wilkinson and Carl Burnette. Friend may visit with the family on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at The First United Methodist Church from 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Bluefield, VA and the Union Mission, Bluefield, WV
