The funeral for Konrad F. Anderson will be 2 p.m. Thursday at First Congregational Church in Mantorville with the Rev. Jerry Platz officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery in Wasioja.
Mr. Anderson, 63, of Byron, died of natural causes Thursday (April 23, 1998) at his home.
He was born May 2, 1934, in Wasioja to Alton and Alma Anderson, grew up in the Wasioja, Kasson and Mantorville areas. On Aug. 10, 1962, he married Audrey J. Mathison in Grand Meadow and they were later divorced. Mr. Anderson was employed in pipeline construction. He had resided in Byron three years.
Survivors include a son, Kirk of Rochester; a daughter, Amy Anderson of Rochester; seven grandchildren; three brothers, Frank Kermit of Crown Point Ind., and Keith Robert and Alton Kent, both of Kasson, and a sister, Laurel May (Mrs. Phillip) Eberhart of Mantorville. A grandson and a sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call an hour before the service Thursday at the church. There will be no reviewal.
