Born in Lovell, Wyoming April 26, 1948 to Basil Hugh and Mabel Taylor Cox, he was the 4th of 7 children. Graduated from Palouse HS in 1966, he served his LDS mission in Northern California, 1967-69. He received a BS degree from Washington State University in computer science, the only member of his family to graduate from college. He married Tamra Tuttle on March 22, 1986 in the Seattle Temple. They are parents of 3 children.
Seth left mortality February 15, 2017, preceded in death by his parents, his only brother and a sister. He is survived by 4 sisters, his wife, daughter Casey, son Trevor (Effie) and daughter Sahale “Holly.”
Funeral services are Wednesday, February 22 at 11 am at the Grantsville West Stake Center, 115 E. Cherry Street, visitation from 9-10:30 am, prior to the services. Interment in the Grantsville City Cemetery.
