Louis G. Binder, 58, of 7423 State Line, died yesterday in his motor car in a parking lot at Second and Garfield, Kansas City, Kansas, at the Phillips Petroleum company where he was employed. He apparently suffered a heart attack. The body was found by a fellow employee who was to have ridden home with Mr. Binder. Mr. Binder was born in Waterville, Kas., and lived here about 45 years. He was a member of the Lutheran church in Waterville. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Opal Binder of the home; a brother, Victor Binder, 3744 State Line, Kansas City, Kansas, and two sisters, Mrs. Paul Barker, 2121 East Eighty second street, and Mrs. Ethel McGuire, 2729 Campbell Street. Services will be at 1 o'clock Saturday at Newcomer chapel Brush Creeek and the Paseo. Burial will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery.
