Lawrence Richard “Larry” Schroeder, age 65, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away March 11, 2017. He was born in Chicago, IL on June 1, 1951 to the late Clarence William and Agnes Krisman Schroeder. Mr. Schroeder was an electrician, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the Methodist Church.
Mr. Schroeder is survived by his wife, Kay Schroeder of Fayetteville; daughter, Kimberly Brewster of Baton Rouge, LA; sons, Michael Schroeder of Dover, DE and Warren (Emily) Porter of Gallatin, TN; sister, Linda (Richard) Rogus of Park Ridge, IL; grandchildren, Sean Schroeder, Henry Brewster, J.T. Porter and Tyler Porter; niece, Audrey (Andy) Phelan and nephew, Paul (Sara) Rogus.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 13, 2017 at 11 AM in the chapel of the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Rev. David Arrington and Rev. Mike Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Harms United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
